Over a 12 month period, our development team analysed the dessert menus of 100’s of UK restaurants. The results of this research, along with feedback from dessert buyers in the foodservice sector clearly showed that there was a gap in the market for a range of high quality, vegan & gluten-free desserts suitable for coeliacs. After numerous tasting sessions & selection panels, our talented Development Chefs came up with 3 fantastic new gluten-free desserts:”White Chocolate & Raspberry Brownie“, “Luscious Lemon Cheesecake” & “Rhubarb & Strawberry Cheesecake“.
