OUR STORY

The Aulds Delicious Desserts story is one of innovation and dedication, from the start some 40 years ago, when we started making desserts in Hamilton, Lanarkshire. Technology, techniques, markets and even our address may have changed since then but one thing has not altered: our commitment to the finest standards in hand-crafted desserts, cakes, sweets, patisserie … and customer service.

Our fantastic range of gluten-free desserts taste even better than they look. From cheesecakes to speciality desserts, it’s sure to be love at first bite.

Over a 12 month period, our development team analysed the dessert menus of 100’s of UK restaurants. The results of this research, along with feedback from dessert buyers in the foodservice sector clearly showed that there was a gap in the market for a range of high quality, gluten-free desserts suitable for coeliacs. After numerous tasting sessions & selection panels, our talented Development Chefs came up with 3 fantastic new gluten-free desserts:”White Chocolate & Raspberry Brownie“, “Luscious Lemon Cheesecake” & “Rhubarb & Strawberry Cheesecake“.

Building on the response to those, Delicious Desserts were the first company in the UK to launch an extensive range of Gluten-free foodservice desserts & the feedback has been amazing. But don’t just take our word for it, here’s what Linda Wuncsh of the Glasgow Coeliac Support Group had to say after tasting our “Luscious Lemon Cheesecake” in a Glasgow restaurant:

“Normally for sweet we get boring old ice cream or fruit salad & I don’t think any of us could believe that cheesecake was actually on the menu. Then when we tasted it – WOW!!!!
